To further enhance the collaboration between our utility delegates and valued technology partners, UTC has unveiled a new structured networking event designed to facilitate quick, face-to-face, engagement centered on the exchange of information, coordination of follow-up discussions during UTC Telecom & Technology Expo hours, and an opportunity to plan evening activities together.
In this NEW networking event, exhibiting technology partners and utility representatives will get one full hour of “Speed Networking.” Join your colleagues, grab a drink (the first one is on us), and take advantage of this extra time to conduct business and establish or renew relationships before the exhibit hall opens.
This event is a prelude to the opening of the UTC Telecom & Technology Expo. UTC will equip our utility delegates with forms to gather technology partner “Stickers,” which will be provided to all participating technology partners. The utility forms will be gathered and entered into our Speed Networking prize drawing. But wait, the fun doesn’t end on Tuesday. To keep the networking vibe at fever pitch, we will also have networking forms available on Wednesday and Thursday to ensure that the networking engagement continues throughout the expo.
Forms will be collected at the end of each exposition day and prizes awarded. Following Tuesday night's Speed Networking event, an award will be given to the technology partner with the most innovative strategy to attract utilities to acquire their company’s sticker.
