John Lozano is a certified MLPS engineer and Principal Network Engineer with Puget Sound Energy and Machold Consulting. John has over 15 years of networking experience and specializes in MPLS integration for utilities, design and process automation, and project management. He is a member of UTC's packet migration work group and was a speaker at Nokia SReXperts America's 2023 discussing how utilities leverage telecommunications networks to deliver public value.
