IT Product Specialist, Pacific Gas and Electric Company
Product Specialist for the Telecom Network Portal, Operational Support System. Jeff has Fourteen years of experience with PG&E. Jeff started his Career with PG&E at their Employee Call Center providing Desktop and Application Support. While there, he became the Subject Matter Expert for company cellular devices, overseeing the ordering and troubleshooting of iOS devices, email systems, applications, and cellular modems.
In 2020, Jeff expanded his expertise by taking on a rotational role at PG&E’s Network Operations Center as an Incident Commander. He later joined the Tools Team, assisting with monitoring tickets. Jeff was promoted to Product Specialist for the Telecom Network Portal OSS. In this role, he has been instrumental in maintaining the infrastructure and collaborating with telecom technicians and the engineering staff for OSS digital documentation.
