Jay Devadoss

Jay Devadoss is a Senior Engineer at Southern California Edison (SCE). Jay has over 27 years of experience in the plan and design of telecommunications networks. He is the subject matter expert on the engineering and regulatory aspects of the microwave network at SCE. He has contributed his insights to the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) expert panel discussions and has shared his knowledge on the transformative impact of packet network technology in microwave systems in the past UTC national conference. He leads the Design Review Committee that reviews and approves the designs of major telecommunications projects at SCE. A registered Professional Engineer in California, Jay holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering.
