Emmanuel, based in Europe, brings over 30 years of experience in designing and deploying mission-critical telecom solutions for the power utility sector. Beginning his career in 1994, he has specialized in MPLS, SDH/SONET, and packet-based network migrations tailored for operational technology (OT) environments.
He currently serves as a Solution Architect at Belden, focusing on deterministic networking, time synchronization, and secure, scalable architectures for utilities worldwide.
Emmanuel has been instrumental in global grid modernization initiatives, supporting deployments that involve teleprotection, SCADA, IEC 61850, and IEEE 1588. His work bridges traditional TDM networks with next-generation packet-based infrastructure.
