Olga Khavarivska is a global product leader with over 15 years of experience driving innovation in telecommunications infrastructure. She currently leads broadband product strategy at Panduit, guiding the development and rollout of fiber-based outside plant solutions that enable next-generation network expansion.

Previously, Olga spent nearly a decade at CommScope managing a global wireless infrastructure portfolio, where she led product strategy, roadmap execution, and market initiatives supporting major telecom operators.

Beyond her corporate work, Olga has engaged in broader industry efforts aimed at advancing collaboration and innovation across the telecommunications space.

She holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and has completed additional executive education in product innovation, channel strategy, and strategic planning.
