With over two decades of experience in the wireless and utility industries, Kelly has held key roles at companies such as General Dynamics and Sierra Wireless. In addition to network infrastructure services, his expertise spans mobile data, wireless routing, RF systems, and edge-related infrastructure solutions, making him a trusted partner for clients navigating complex connectivity challenges.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington. His strategic insight and deep industry knowledge continue to drive innovation and growth in next-generation network deployments across North America.
