Representatives from EPRI and Lockard & White will report the results of the latest interference testing involving unlicensed operations in the 6 GHz band. This project funding by the Department of Energy measured the interference to noise ratio and additive interference from single and multiple sites, the fade margin reduction, and the channel power from unlicensed operations. The objective will be to report the conclusions from the tests and discuss next steps.

Representatives from 450 MHz Alliance will provide a brief update on global deployments and the latest evolution of the ecosystem, followed by an open roundtable to explore potential opportunities for utilities in the United States to share federal spectrum in the 400 MHz range, including the 388-399.9 MHz and 406-420 MHz band. The objective is to exchange ideas and experiences regarding the deployment of the 450 MHz network and use cases between users, operators and suppliers.
