Jayson Shiau is a Sr Engineer with 7 years of experience at ComEd. In his current role with ComEd's REACTS Team, he is helping to onboard new and existing technologies that can leverage an advanced network infrastructure. Prior to this, he was part of ComEd’s Distribution Automation group for 5 years helping to develop new advanced distribution protection scheme philosophies and leading lab testing efforts. He currently holds a B.S degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Northern Illinois University and an M.S degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is also a registered Professional Engineer (P.E) in the state of Illinois.
