Justin Miller serves as the National Program Executive for Utility and Public Safety at Ontivity, LLC, where he leads the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure programs for utilities and government agencies across the country. With nearly 20 years of experience in the communications industry, Justin has built and managed the deployment of advanced telecommunications systems nationwide.

He brings specialized expertise in hardened microwave backbone deployments, supporting SCADA, PLTE, and public safety communications across diverse and rugged environments. His leadership spans complex telecom builds for federal, state, and municipal agencies, with deep proficiency in FAA-regulated sites, statewide LMR networks, and precision microwave path alignment—all executed in full compliance with federal and industry standards.

Justin has a strong foundation in advanced tower construction techniques, including helicopter lifts, gin pole operations, and elite rigging. He has successfully delivered some of the industry’s most unique and dynamic projects across tower, microwave, and cellular scopes.

In addition to program execution, Justin plays a key role in business development within the Energy Delivery and Public Safety sectors.
