David specializes in evaluating and addressing intricate business challenges and process enhancements that extend across functional departments, disciplines, and systems. David has over 35 years of experience in IT and utility operations at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. During his career at PG&E, David served in several capacities including utility capital improvements project manager, division support service manager, manager of IT infrastructure project delivery, manager of IT application project delivery Center of Excellence, and chief of staff to the vice president of IT infrastructure operations, driving cross department planning, budgeting, and process improvement. David retired in 2018 as a chief solution engineer.
In 2020, David was appointed as the principal project manager to deliver PG&E’s Operations Support System - Telecom Network Portal Project, a complex, multi-year effort. Additionally, this year David was appointed as the change management leader for PG&E’s Electric Vehicles Socket of the Future Project.
David served 5 years with the United States Naval Mobile Construction Forces (Seabees) with deployments in the US Pacific Territory and the British Indian Ocean Territory.
