Randal Neck is President of The Rosenberger Group’s ‘Network Solutions’ subsidiary, where he leads the company's private LTE, 5G, and fiber network engineering business for utilities and other critical infrastructure providers.

His career spans several decades in a variety of roles in engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership in both the telecommunications and energy industries. This cross-sector experience has given him a rare perspective on aligning telecom innovation with utility operations and helped him guide organizations through major network modernization initiatives.

Randal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and remains active on a number of industry forums and advisory boards.
